1. What We Collect

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect:

  • Your name and email address (required)
  • Phone number and ZIP code, which may be required for private service requests
  • Your message and the service type you selected
  • The page you submitted from, your IP address, and browser user-agent string

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site use. Google Analytics may collect page views, approximate location, device and browser information, referring pages, and interactions such as scrolling and outbound-link clicks. It may use cookies or similar identifiers for measurement. We do not use third-party ad networks or behavioral advertising, and we do not intentionally send contact-form field values to Google Analytics.

2. How We Use It

We use submitted contact information only to:

  • Respond to your inquiry
  • Connect you with a relevant local service provider
  • Improve the site based on aggregate inquiry patterns

3. Sharing

We may share your inquiry and contact information with a relevant local service provider for the purpose of responding to the service request you submitted. A provider may compensate PA Trash Pickup for that referral or lead. We do not provide contact-form information to unrelated advertisers or third parties for purposes unrelated to your request.

4. Retention

We retain lead inquiries only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request and meet operational, legal, security, and recordkeeping needs. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, subject to any retention required by law.

5. Security

We store data in an encrypted PostgreSQL database. We do not store payment information. We use HTTPS on all pages.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us through our contact page.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
